- Follow-Up: When using the Follow-Up feature, the App may collect: User-generated notes and comments, Follow-up dates and times.
- We utilize the collected data for the following purposes:
- Enquiry (Check-In & Check-Out): To facilitate the tracking of user activities and location for business-related purposes.
- Attendance: To record and monitor attendance for organizational or administrative purposes.
- Follow-Up: To assist users in managing and tracking follow-up activities.
- Expense: To log and manage user expenses for reimbursement or accounting purposes.
- Data Not Sharing: Your information, including personal data, may be not shared with any third parties.
- Ignite FSM Collects location data to compute number of Kilometers traveled, which will be used for Expense Approval.
- Ignite FSM Collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use this will be based user consent.
