  2. Attendance : For the Attendance feature, the App may collect: Date and time of attendance, Location data.
  3. Follow-Up: When using the Follow-Up feature, the App may collect: User-generated notes and comments, Follow-up dates and times.
  4. We utilize the collected data for the following purposes:
  • Enquiry (Check-In & Check-Out): To facilitate the tracking of user activities and location for business-related purposes.
  • Attendance: To record and monitor attendance for organizational or administrative purposes.
  • Follow-Up: To assist users in managing and tracking follow-up activities.
  • Expense: To log and manage user expenses for reimbursement or accounting purposes.
  • Data Not Sharing: Your information, including personal data, may be not shared with any third parties.
  • Ignite FSM Collects location data to compute number of Kilometers traveled, which will be used for Expense Approval.
  • Ignite FSM Collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use this will be based user consent.
Retention of personal information:
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the services you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as performance of a contract, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our policies.

You can avoid this from withdraw the right of our Android and IOS app or ask to your admin to remove this features from the our provided Application.
